When we speak from the heart, we are speaking our truth. When we speak from our head, we’re speaking our attitudes. The heart enables us to be inclusive and to be willing to listen and hear. It may change nothing of our own truth. However, others feel heard, not dismissed, and we have an opportunity to understand.
