John the Beloved

Being noncommittal

What does it mean to live a life of joy? For me, it’s about waking up with a level of expectation and curiosity about what the day might bring. It’s about being willing to see the cup half full, not half empty

I recognised that at some point I had allowed the perceptions of others to cloud my sense of self. It certainly infected my service. Meditating for clarity on this, I was able to re-set and life opened up once again.

Does it make me popular? I have no idea. Being who we are is not about winning a popularity contest. It’s about being part of a community of light and allowing our fire to mingle with that of others to bring warmth.
