When we understand what cooperation with Light means, then we can move more fully into being openhearted. John gives us a meditation exercise on that talk which I will add at the end of the month. However, his teaching on cooperating with Light inspires us to look at our shadow as an opportunity to accept ourselves more fully. He has a masterful way of showing this without judgement.
