The Spiritual Journey
A Year of Becoming
You know that feeling when something inside you whispers that there’s more? When you’re sitting in the middle of your life and suddenly there’s a quiet, persistent knowing that there’s more to who we are.
The spiritual journey isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about coming home to who we’ve always been beneath all the should-do’s and supposed-to’s. It’s about peeling back the layers, one revelation at a time, until we can finally breathe freely in our own skin.
In addition, this path is gloriously messy. It’s not a tidy progression from A to enlightenment. It’s more like learning to dance in the dark, stumbling and finding our footing, losing it again, laughing at ourselves, and somehow – despite everything – discovering we’re becoming more alive than we ever imagined possible.
Why We Walk This Path
We’re here because something in us refuses to settle. Because we’ve tried living from the outside in, letting the world tell us who to be. We’re here because late at night, we can feel our real self is asking to be known.
The purpose isn’t to transcend our humanity or achieve some pristine spiritual state where we never feel angry or afraid or confused. Thank goodness for that, because we’d fail spectacularly. No, we’re here to become more fully human – to learn that we’re vast enough to contain both our light and our shadow, our certainty and our questions, our joy and our grief.
We’re walking this path because we want to live on purpose rather than by accident.
And perhaps most essentially, we’re here because we sense that we’re all connected to something far larger than our individual stories. We’re here to find our place in the Universe and to speak our truth within it.
This year let’s explore that journey together and develop a more honest and loving community.
